CCCD Scope of Work

Over the years, the Colorado Center for Community Development has attempted to remain flexible and responsive in order to best address societal needs and problems as they arise. Consequently, staff efforts have been focused in numerous areas over time. This approach allows the staff to develop program efforts that meet emerging needs and to develop open and responsive program plans to address relevant areas.

Currently, programmatic efforts of the CCCD are focused on comprehensive approaches to community economic development, low to moderate income housing needs, research and policy development, LEED and other alternative energy solutions, water wise landscapes, transit oriented development (TOD), Complete Streets design, and historic preservation principles as economic drivers for our comprehensive planning, community development and community design work.
