Judith is a trained Landscape Architect with over twelve years experience in commercial landscaping, park and trail design, and community development. Additionally, she has over a decade of experience in theatrical design and construction, and lifelong experience in designing and constructing objects and spaces.

Rich is a Licensed Architect with considerable experience is small communities. He was Director of Community Development for the City of Delta, where he oversaw the Planning Department, Building Department, GIS and Emergency Management responsibilities for the community. Rich also aided in the design and construction of several community projects.

Additional Staff

Additional staffing is provided by the University of Colorado Graduate students from the College of Architecture and Planning, students from Colorado State University, Mesa State College, Ft. Lewis College, and Western College. At any one time, there are 10 – 15 interns working on various projects across the Colorado. We also work jointly with the Business College, Law School, and Engineering School.
