Mission

The Center of Preservation Research (CoPR) is an interdisciplinary, collaborative, adaptable, and self-sustaining organization that investigates and participates in the preservation of built environments, cultural landscapes, cultural heritage, and natural landscapes through:

  • the application of leading-edge scholarship, technologies, and theoretical and applied research
  • the provision of preservation education
  • and the benefits of outreach to the wide variety of professional and public communities engaged in preservation

...within Colorado, throughout the Rocky Mountain West, and around the world.
