CoPR draws faculty, staff and students from a variety of multidisciplinary and diverse backgrounds, most of whom are affiliated with the College of Architecture and Planning or the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado Denver.

Among the academic disciplines represented are architecture and architecture history, landscape architecture and landscape architecture history, urban design and planning and urban history, anthropology, archeology, history, museum studies, and the humanities, to name a few.

The diversity of research and academic interests, expertise and skills allow us to engage historic preservation and cultural heritage on a number of different and distinctive fronts--through teaching, scholarship, collaboration, and debate.

CoPR serves as a catalyst and a forum for discussion and dialogue about cultural heritage and historic preservation through informal gatherings within UCD.
