REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MINOR IN COMPUTER SCIENCE
UC Denver College of Engineering and Applied Science
- Any undergraduate student currently enrolled in a UC Denver degree program with a major other than Computer Science and Engineering may earn a Minor in Computer Science. This includes students from the College of Engineering and Applied Science, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, and the College of Arts and Media.
- The student must complete the following classes with a grade of C- or better

- The student must complete (with a C‑ or better) three additional Computer Science courses at the 3000 level or higher with the approval of a Computer Science faculty member.
Note: Some courses at the 3000 level and above require additional prerequisites. A student must fulfill all prerequisites for the courses he/she selects. Please see the catalog for prerequisite information for each course.
- All Computer Science courses 3000 and above must be taken at UC Denver.
- The student must file a Minor Declaration Form with a Computer Science faculty member or with the Engineering Student Services office in NC 3028.
- At the time of graduation, the student must have a UC Denver cumulative GPA of 2.0 and must have a 2.0 GPA for the eight classes taken for the minor.
