Computer Graphics Lab

The Computer Graphics Lab at the University of Colorado Denver is an interdisciplinary research center dedicated to the development of interactive computer graphics techniques. Current research topics includes physically based modeling, animation, and interaction in virtual environments. The lab is equipped with three state-of-the-art Silicon Graphics workstations, stereoscopic 3D glasses, and high performance PCs with dedicated graphics accelerators. For the presentation and post production, the lab is equipped with digital video cameras, capturing and encoding devices, a high-resolution projector, and multimedia editing software.

 
Under the supervision of  Dr. Min-Hyung Choi, graduate students actively participate in various research projects. The lab is available to all UCD faculty and students who are interested in computer graphics, animation, virtual environments, robotics, human computer interaction, and scientific visualization.
