  Receipts

Once your course officially begins, your tuition payment automatically allocates to the University's Records System to create a permanent record of your enrollment, plus to create or correctly match up information with a student ID number. This process can take about a week. Then, once a record is created with your student ID number, your registration is routed through the Bursar's Office where your tuition payment is processed. This process can also take about a week. Finally, once a record is created and your tuition payment is processed, the Continuing Engineering Education Program mails your a physical receipt. This entire procedure can take approximately three weeks to a month, starting with Continuing Engineering Education Program receiving a registration, and ending with a student's tuition payment receipt.

Certificates of Completion and Course/Instructor Evaluations

At the end of a course, our office mails Certificates of Completion and Course/Instructor Evaluations along with a return envelope, we would appreciate it if you would complete the evaluation and return it to us at the conclusion of the course. These evaluations are important for maintaining a quality program. Alternatively, on the last day of class, your instructors may hand out and collect Course/Instructor Evaluations.
