Our Mission – Building Superior Engineers The Continuing Engineering Education Program exists exclusively to provide the finest specialized education for the professional engineering workforce. Within the qualified environment of the University of Colorado Denver, our program remains current to the world’s upcoming and advanced engineering technologies. Cooperatively developing courses with real-world industry leaders from an assortment of local engineering businesses, along with knowledgeable faculty from the University, our program maintains a wide range of exciting and creative curriculum. Engineers come to our program for courses that supply them with the knowledge, skills, and competitive edge that are now required in many engineering fields. Moreover, our students finish with “ready-to-apply” expertise. The Continuing Engineering Education Program offers an assortment of engineering courses relevant to civil, electrical, environmental, mechanical, systems, water, as well as computer science and project management professionals. The College of Engineering and Applied Science places great emphasis on offering seminars, workshops, and training courses (credit and non-credit) that are of interest to individuals in engineering and engineering-related fields. Information, training, and professional development for engineers grows more important each year.
