Bio:
Brian E. Atkinson obtained the BS degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines in 1977 and the MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1982. He is presently senior instructor in Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado Denver.
Mr. Atkinson is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He has led the students of the Electrical Engineering department at UC Denver to several international competitions, which resulted in recognized awards. Mr. Atkinson earned the Excellence in Teaching Award of the University of Colorado Denver Colorado of Engineering and Applied Sciences in 1995 and 1999 and the Outstanding Faculty Award in 1983, 1986, 1987 and 1993.
