ADMISSIONS AND ADVISING
Applicants to EMHS Graduate Certificate
Applicants to the EMHS graduate certificate must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, and must have graduated with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better. Applicants who are earning the graduate certificate as an element of an existing graduate degree program in the University of Colorado system (or other institutions with which CU has a cooperative degree-sharing agreement) must be enrolled students in good standing in that degree program. To apply for the 15 credit certificate, please fill out the EMHS application linked below.
All applicanats who are not current University of Colorado students in a degree-seeking program will also need to fill out the non-degree application and submit a $25 application fee.
Applicants to EMHS Concentration within the MPA Program
Students wishing to pursue the EMHS concentration within the MPA program should submit the EMHS application linked below as well as following the complete application process for acceptance into the School of Public Affairs.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The EMHS application contains instructions for both degree-seeking and non-degree students.
ADVISING
Advisors will be assigned to those admitted to the program during their first semester of matriculation in the program, dependent on which elective track the student chooses. All advisors in the EMHS program will be full-time faculty members at UC Denver and will be among the faculty who offer approved coursework in the program.
EMHS PLAN OF STUDY FORM
Once admitted to the EMHS Program and assigned an advisor, students are requested to fill out a Plan of Study form in consultation with their advisor.
