The Center for Education Policy Analysis engages in rigorous and creative policy analysis and program evaluation around a broad range of education policy issues with both state-wide and national perspectives. CEPA's focus spans early childhood to higher education, but also expands into broader areas of education policy, including parent involvement and information, choice governance, finance, and accountability. CEPA also pays attention to the context in which children learn - ther families and health; how teachers are prepared, recruited, teach, and are retained; and how education systems operate.
