The Chair has focused on energy use and climate change since its inception in 1993. This has included many roundtables, forums and seminars for a wide range of audiences.
In its work on this important issue, the Chair has had the privilege of working with a number of public, private and non-profit partners who themselves have committed to developing and implementing money-saving strategies to boost energy efficiency and clean energy use. These commitments have been made, in part, because of the awareness of energy use and its connection to climate change, and the desire to do something about it.
