Bio: Dr. Fred Rainguet is the Director of the MPA Program, Accelerated Option on the Western Slope in Grand Junction, and the former Associate Dean of SPA on the Colorado Springs campus. He now resides in Palisade, Colorado, and assists students on the West Slope with their plans to achieve an MPA degree by attending weekend classes on the Mesa State campus in Grand Junction. He is the retired Chief of Police for the City of Fort Collins and also assists with the new Master of Criminal Justice in Executive Leadership degree on the Denver campus. He holds an MPA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in public administration from University of Colorado Denver. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
