Bio: Professor Gage, who has his M.A. from Stanford University and his Ph.D. from Indiana University, is recognized for his work in intergovernmental management, networking, and regionalism. He is active in the American Society of Public Administration and the International Institute of Administrative Sciences. Dr. Gage is the author of a recent book on intergovernmental strategy and has research interests in international regional organization, intergovernmental relations, and quantitative methods. His most recent research focuses on China and Hong Kong.
