Bio: Buck has her JD and MPA degrees from Syracuse University. Her expertise is in school readiness, parent information dissemination, and child health. She recently concluded an evaluation of a multi-state fiscal analysis initiative intended to build capacity in the not-for-profit sector to analyze, report, and act on state budget and revenue decisions. She has authored over fifteen reference works widely used by Colorado nonprofits serving children and families.
