Bio: Rose has been with the School of Public Affairs since January of 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Her responsibilities at SPA include procurement of goods and services, scholarship coordinator, and office administration.
