1- From your university email account, create a new message addressed to: listproc@lists.cudenver.edu

 

2- Do NOT add anything to the 'cc' and 'subject' fields.

  

3- In the message text, write either:

        'subscribe ucdstaff YOUR NAME HERE'

        or

        'subscribe ucdfaculty YOUR NAME HERE'

 

4- This is how it should look like:

 

     To: listproc@lists.cudenver.edu

     Cc:

     Subject:

     ----------Message Text--------------

     subscribe ucdstaff YOUR NAME HERE

 

                                  OR

 

     subscribe ucdfaculty YOUR NAME HERE

Note: If the listserv is not blocked when you send your request, the system will add your name to the listserv by reading the email address from which you sent your message. You should receive confirmation when the system accepts you.
