Begin accepting Registration  Advance Payment (effective date May 9) 

May 12 (Monday)               

Mail bills to students who register by 5:00 pm May 9 (due June 10th).

May 27-30                            

Financial Aid applied to student accounts

Refunds mailed/deposited for eligible students

June 2 (Monday)                

First day of summer classes.

Demand warrants available to eligible students.

June 5 (Thursday)           

Last day to drop classes without incurring $100 drop charge 

June 10 (Tuesday)          

Census Date. Tuition and fees bill due date:

Deadline to request the 40/30/30 payment plan

Last day to withdraw and receive a full tuition rebate.

June 12 (Thursday)           

Mail bills to students who register between 5:00 pm May

and 5:00 pm June 10 and to students who have new

or unpaid charges (due July 3)

July 3 (Thursday)            

Tuition and fees bill due date:

second payment of the tuition bill under the 40/30/30 payment plan

July 4 (Friday)                      

Independence Day holiday – university closed.

July 18 (Friday)                

Last day to authorize College Opportunity Fund (COF) for

summer via SMART. Students may continue to authorize

through finals at the Registrar’s Office.

July 25 (Friday)              

Last day of summer semester.

Last day to authorize College Opportunity Fund (COF)

for summer.
