Concurrent enrollment:
when a student wants to be enrolled at the Denver Campus and the other CU campus at the same time, this is called concurrent enrollment. The student first contacts the Registrars Office at their "home" campus to see if they meet the qualifications for concurrent enrollment. Registration is done through the
UCD (host campus) Records Office. The student does not need to go through the application process at the University of Colorado Denver - Downtown Denver Campus.

Summer semester enrollment: when an undergraduate student from another CU campus wants to attend the Denver Campus during the summer term and fully intends to continue attending at their "home" campus in the fall, the student applies as a non-degree student to the Denver Campus. The student is allowed to enroll for only summer semester. There is no application fee. (Students with less than a 2.0 gpa will not be allowed to enroll in business courses at the Denver Campus).

If the student decides they would like to continue at the Denver Campus in the fall, they must fill out a transfer application and they must meet all transfer application requirements. No application fee is required. Students are not eligible for financial aid as non-degree students

Fall or Spring semester enrollment: when an undergraduate student from another CU campus wants to transfer to UCD, they must complete the transfer student application and meet all transfer student admission requirements. No application fee is required if the student has not attended another institution since last enrolled at the CU campus.
