Raymond Wlodkowski spoke to professors about motivational strategies for engaging diverse learners.

















He also taught professors techniques and methods in the classroom to engage all learners as well as modeling techniques in various different course areas.

















Wlodkowski also gave each faculty member his book titled "Diversity and Motivation" and handouts to add to each professor's Faculty Academy binder.

















Thirty professors, eight from UCD and 22 from CCD, attended the Faculty Academy.
