CYBERSPACE MUSIC RESOURCES:
An Introduction to Online Resources for Music Research

HTML:

An HTML Primer:  National Center for Supercomputing Applications/National Computation Science Alliance (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign),  "Many people use the NCSA Beginner's Guide to HTML as a starting point to understanding the hypertext markup language (HTML) used on the World Wide Web.   It is an introduction and does not pretend to offer instructions on every aspect of HTML.  Links to additional Web-based resources about HTML and other related aspects of preparing files are provided at the end of the guide.

HTML Templates:  (Stanford University), "blank pages as help for those of you who want to put up your own homepages.  They are meant as guidelines or hints for those of you new at this, and as a starting point for those baffled by HTML.  We also have a nifty tutorial on HTML for budding Web-page designers that will teach the basics and give pointers to other places.  We also have a nice collection of images that you can put in your documents to spice them up."

HTML Tutorial - Overview:  (Stanford University), "This tutorial comes in three parts:  Basics - how to write HTML, Simple - what everyone should know, and Advanced - the more obscure features of HTML.
