Williams and Joseph Bernert, Instructors College of Fine Arts at Illinois State University):    Excellent and innovative site from the Office of Research in Arts Technology at Illinois State University, one of the most active sites in Internet use in music.  "Overview:  This seminar will explore the tools available for navigating the Internet and apply the resources available to developing electronic models for art, music, and theater expression. These models will demonstrate ways to combine graphics, sound, music, and text around a central arts theme as documents for distribution over the Internet.  Of particular importance will be the application of these models for creative and pedagogical applications in the arts."
