August 1-2, 2007 - Faculty Development Program in
International Human Resource Management - Coimbatore, India

The Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) at the University of Colorado and Health Sciences Center, in collaboration with the San Diego State University CIBER, will be holding its 5th Faculty Development Program in International Human Resource Management (FDIHRM) on August 1-2, 2007 in Coimbatore, India. The program will be led by Dr. Wayne Cascio and will focus on how the global dispersion of work and offshoring have impacted human resource management. The FDIHRM program will be held in conjunction with the Inaugural Conference of the International Human Resource Management Review, hosted by the PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, India, on July 29-31, 2007. Coimbatore is referred to as the Manchester of South India and is one of the fastest growing cities in India. Situated in the foothills of Nilgiris, it is known for its pleasant weather, private enterprise, educational institutions, and a friendly culture and hospitality.
