About Us
Each CITT team member has experience in a variety of disciplines related to enhancing learner’s success through web-based training and web site visitor experience. These disciplines include graphic and web design, instructional design, project management, and user-centered design, among others. These skills and backgrounds facilitate the development of effective and interactive online instruction and functional web sites.
Dr. Martin Tessmer

Marty is the "front man" who evaluates prospective web-based courses for feasibility, cost, and development time. He works with clients to design the course content and interactions, then submits it to our CITT development team for web programming. After the course is launched, he conducts field tests to pinpoint improvements to the courses.
Glenda Crawford

Glenda designs and develops online training modules and independent web sites for CITT clients. She is committed to designing creative and functional layouts with a focus on user-centered design, web standards, and accessibility. She completed the Master of Arts degree in Information and Learning Technologies from UCD in 2002.
Jeremy Warren
Designer/Developer

Jeremy designs and develops web based solutions for clients of CITT. He holds a design degree from the University of Colorado Denver and has been working as a web/print designer since 2002. On his off-time, he attends weekly meetings/presentations by the Financial Management Association International student organization of which he is the Vice President.
