Goals
GOAL #1: To provide high quality traditional and non-traditional services and expertise to our constituents.
- OBJECTIVES:
- To establish, develop and maintain student organizations
- To provide academic advising
- Provide student advocacy
- Quantify student feedback
- Serve as a resource to the university and the African/American community
- Develop a plan and participate in the recruitment of students
- To develop an academic monitoring system for retention
- To provide timely and accurate academic information throughout the school year
- Maintain and expand research library for the collection and dissemination of materials on cultural issues
GOAL #2: To improve communication and cooperation between various constituencies.
- OBJECTIVES:
- To involve faculty and staff in programs, activities, sponsorships, etc.
- To establish regular meetings with campus departments that impact our constituents.

GOAL #4: To involve constituent communities as a resource in the maintenance and support of EOP.

- Develop a public relations plan
- To establish advisory committees for each program and establish an EOP presence in our constituent communities
