FIREFIGHTERS’ CHILI COOK-OFF

Dozens of firefighters and hundreds of hungry lunch-goers took part in the area firefighters' Chili Cook-off. Here, women line up to purchase the 2005 calendar and to have it signed by the featured firefighters.


No word on which firehouse took first place, but everybody was a winner with fun and good food filling Larimer Square on a brisk October day.

COMING OUT DAY EVENTS

Students staff the booth at National Coming Out Day in October. GLBT Student Services sponsored and took part in several events to heighten diversity awareness and education.

Couples celebrated GLBT Awareness Month by getting married at a wedding ceremony at the flagpole on Auraria Campus.
