The Faculty Excellence Wall in North Classroom has been updated to reflect this year’s outstanding faculty.

The Celebration of Faculty Excellence honored departmental and campus faculty winners for 2005. Faculty Excellence campus winners whose faces join the dozens already enshrined in North Classroom include Mary Coussons-Read, William Goodwin, Lorrie Evans, Sue Giullian and Paul Teske. In addition, Estevan Flores, principal investigator and executive director of the Latino/a Research & Policy Center, has taken his place on the wall of fame for his outstanding contributions to the university and the Latino/a community. Provost Mark Heckler presented the awards to honorees and thanked them for their contributions not only to the students and the university, but to the community, nation and world. “These faculty members represent the very best of our kind,” Heckler said. “We are grateful to have you.”
