You have required classes you need to take and elective classes you want to take. But, classes fill up fast. Be sure to register nice and early.
When you apply for a job or admission to a graduate program, they’ll need your transcript. Official or unofficial, we can help you get both.

You need to update a student record, adjust your tuition, registration, or schedule. There’s a form for that and we’ve got them.
University policies are in place to support students. They range from academic freedom and a student’s right to know to how email is used on campus.
Name and Record Update
It’s important to keep your information up-to-date. Use this form to let the Registrar’s Office know of a recent name change or if your student information on your record is incorrect or needs updating.
Grade Forgiveness
If you’re considering a request to opt-out of grade forgiveness for a course, you’ll want to review our policies. You must be fully enrolled in the class before making the request, waitlisted classes aren’t eligible.
Tuition Appeal
If you feel that you have an extenuating circumstance that justifies an exception to financial obligations, you may appeal and it will be reviewed by the tuition appeals coordinator.

Complete personal information, sign and date. Also indicate which semesters(s) you need verified. For dates not on form, please contact records at 303.315.2600.
COF Waiver
To be used to apply for exception to the 145 College Opportunity Fund (COF) lifetime hours. You may not apply for this waiver until you have less than 25 COF hours remaining.
