About the Search

During the fall 2026 semester, the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver) is searching for a Dean of the Business School. Reporting to the Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, this Dean will be responsible for serving as the chief academic officer of the school with full responsibility for its academic programs and curricula, the school’s budget, outreach and engagement with the business community, and development activities. In collaboration with the faculty, the Dean will provide intellectual leadership and a strong commitment to the School’s undergraduate and graduate programs. The Dean is expected to increase the school’s resource base by leading fundraising activities for the school, in partnership with an advancement officer.
