Get Access to CU HyperLynx

To get access to edit pages in CU HyperLynx follow the steps below.

1. If you have not done so already, scroll to the bottom of this page and click “Website login.”
   1. Follow the Single Sign On (SSO) steps.
   2. Once you have signed in, you will be on your Member page. 
      1. These instructions are also at the bottom of your Member page.
         1. If you do not see these instructions at the bottom of your Member page, you already have a Department role. See the “My Departments” table on your Member page.
      2. Continue with step 2.
2. Complete the CU HyperLynx User Access Request form.
3. Visit Training Videos and Resources and review the training content, including the training videos.
   1. The Training 1 and Training 2 videos are available on that page.
   2. Each video is ~90 minutes. 3 hours total.
4. Visit Test Page Instructions and follow the steps to create your test page.
   1. Be sure to save your test page as “Needs review” when you finish.
   2. Estimated time to complete test page: 1 hour.
5. The UComm Web Team will review your test page.
   1. If your test page meets the requirements from Test Page Instructions, the UComm Web Team will update your Department and User Role, then confirm via email that you have the website access you requested.
   2. If your test page does not meet the requirements from Test Page Instructions, the UComm Web Team will work with you – via email, Teams, or Zoom – to get your page to the point where it meets requirements. Once your test page passes, the UComm Web Team will update your Department and User Role, then confirm via email that you have the website access you requested.
