Designed for graduates of the MA in counseling program in all three tracks- Clinical Mental Health, Couples and Family Counseling, and School Counseling-to prepare for several counseling licenses in Colorado and nationally. Advanced students are eligible to start taking licensure exams prior to graduation.

The Business Fundamentals Minor adds value to your chosen major by providing a foundation in the skills necessary to compete in today’s global business environment. With no prerequisites, this five-course sequence introduces you to critical management, marketing, finance, and communication skills for both career success and personal growth.

The MS in International Business prepares students for a dynamic global economy, combining cultural competency with globalization-related knowledge and skills. Graduates pursue careers in a myriad of fields and industries, spanning private and public sectors across the world. This program is Colorado’s only Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER).

Exposes students to transportation and highways, hydrology and wastewater systems, structures and bridges, environmental and sustainability issues, and geotechnical design. Graduates go on to careers in demand because of the increase in population, continuous development around the world, and the eventual degradation of city infrastructure.

Offers an integrated program of engineering and allied subjects related to students’ goals or professional work.Students choose among four tracks of study: general mechanical engineering, mechanics, sports engineering, or thermal sciences.

Allows students the flexibility to focus on individual goals. With a broad selection of courses and research experiences, our faculty serve a critical role-mentoring students in prospective careers in health sciences, teaching, and research. Students have access to unique opportunities and resources at both the downtown Denver and Anschutz Medical campuses.

Introduces students to the complex interplay between social movements and the processes for initiating and consolidating democracies. Students examine relevant theoretical and methodological literature and apply it to current circumstances by taking specified courses in the major subfields of political science: American, comparative, international politics, and political theory.

Offers instruction in the physical and biological dynamics of various ecosystems, environmental engineering, and socioeconomic issues associated with environmental analysis. Students may pursue careers encompassing a broad range of professions, from those with a strong foundation in the natural and physical sciences or engineering to those based in the social sciences and humanities.
