The Office of Strategic Impact helps CU Denver turn priorities into action. We partner with leaders, faculty, and staff by helping them clarify strategy, plan and implement initiatives, lead change, and use data and analysis to improve results. Whether launching a new initiative, solving a complex challenge, or strengthening an existing process, we provide practical support from planning through implementation.
