What You Should Know about Renting a Locker
Who may rent a locker?
We rent our lockers to students, staff, and faculty at CU Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver), Community College of Denver (CCD), and Auraria Campus personnel.
Where are the lockers located?
North Classroom, 3rd floor, southeast wall—the wall closest to the atrium which faces the Science Building.
How much does locker rental cost?
- $15 per semester
- Special rate – rent two semesters, get the third free, must be consecutive semesters
- CU Denver Student Discount –$5 off per semester / $10 per year discount, valid with CU Denver student ID.
How do I pay for a locker?
Cash or check only.
How do I rent a locker?
- Optional – if you know the exact locker you want, make note of it and we will see if it is available.
- Paying by check? Make it out to REGENTS OF UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO.
- Visit CU Denver Student Life & Campus Community (Tivoli Student Union Suite 303), weekdays between 9 AM - 4 PM. Bring cash or check and your campus ID.

No. Our lockers have combinations that are changed between rentals. But, they’re also set up for you to use your own personal lock if you ‘d like.
About 12” wide, 24” high, and 12” deep.
Up to three consecutive CU Denver semesters. You may renew one week before your the end of the semester.
Yes! Between rentals we inspect for cleanliness and to change the combinations, and as needed to address safety or security concerns. If you have an issue with cleanliness, let us know so we can give it a cleaning or issue you a different one. Mark.Martinez@ucdenver.edu.
