Recruitment
- Recruitment Events Planning Form (Submit your plan 4 weeks prior to beginning your recruitment process)
- Recruitment Event Registration Form (Submit 1 form for each event so Student Life knows the planning details. We must receive this form at least 2 weeks in advance for each event)
- Recruitment & New Member Report Form (Submit at the end of your recruitment process so we know who participated and is moving into your new member education process)
New Member Education
- New Member Education / Intake Program Registration Form (Submit 4 weeks prior to beginning your new member education program)
Leaders & Members
- Chapter Membership Roster (Submit by the 10th day of classes each Fall & Spring)
